Here is a quick Diablo III Powerleveling guide for patch 1.0.8 and beyond.

• 1-15 Normal Whimsyshire
• 15 -> Put on the big ruby go to Keep Depths 2
• 15-23 -> Keep depths 2 (normal) ((buy cains set))
• 24-25 I normally run through Act 4 to diablo (need to be 25 for NM though, so make sure you ding).
• 25-38 NM Whimsyshire
• 38-49 NM Keep Depths 2
• 49-50 Act 4 NM (Kill diablo at 50)
• 50-53 Whimsyshire Hell
• 53-60 Keep 2 Hell.
• Note on speed: If you run into a dead end thats more than 10-15 seconds away in any place, just teleport to town and reset the game.
