Download :

Extract the files :

dinput8.dll
xbox360cemu.ini
xinput1_3.dll
xinput9_1_0.dll
XInputTest.exe

and copy them into folder :

Program Files (x86)CodemastersDiRT 3

Now the game works just perfectly with your pad, and you can enjoy this great driving game. If you like the previous games or similar games, you will find that this is a great one.
