Acer Aspire 8951G is a laptop with big 18.4-inch Acer CineCrystal LED-backlit display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. It comes with a choice of NVIDIA GeForce GT555M or GT540M. This notebook is powered by 2nd generation Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor and Mobile Intel HM65 Express Chipset. The Dual-channel DDR3 SDRAM is upgradeable up to 16 GB by using four slots. Aspire 8951G offers optional Blu-ray disc. The audio boasts Dolby Home Theater v4 audio enhancement and Acer CineSurround. 8951G is equipped with one USB 3.0 port, three USB 2.0 ports, one eSATA / USB 2.0 port, HDMI port, IEEE 1394 port, VGA port, Multi-in-1 card reader which supports for SD, SDXC, MMC, MMCplus, MS, MS PRO, and xD. For security, it has Acer Bio-Protection fingerprint and Kensington lock slot.The backlit back-mounted keyboard is equipped with numeric keypad and Acer MediaRemote detachable touchpad with Media Console mode.
